Is this sentence OK?
We can use the subway to go there.Or, is this enough?
We can take the subway there.

I would say, "we can take the subway there." "We can use the subway to go there" does not sound natural to me.

It's OK grammatically, and makes sense.
But as Wenwei suggested, it does sound a little stilted.

I think the second is best.
You could also say we can use the subway to get there.
