Is this sentence correct ?
Hey guys, How's it going?
I would like to know which of the following sentences below are correct.
1) I'm going to say.
2) I'm gonna say.
3) I one to go say.
4) i'll say.
Can I use those phrases to express my desire to say something?

The third is not correct and we only use gonna in spoken English (Or on Whatsapp)

"I'm gonna say" can be used when speaking, but it is not generally used when writing.
Other related phrases:
"I'd like to say..."
"I have something to say."
