How to say "I also like cooking. I do cook for my family during the weekend." in Japanese? Good morning, teachers and classmates! I have a question about Japanese, and need any help from your sides. If you could help, please do me a favor! Here I built up two Japanese phrases for your reference. If I wanna say " I also like cooking. I do cook for my family during the weekend." in Japanese, which one is gonna be perfect-match? A. 料理も好まです。週末は私が家族のために料理をするんですよ。 OR B. 料理もが好まです。週末は私が家族のために料理をするんですよ。 I will be appreciate to your help and giving me your warm hand in my learning field. !Have a nice weekend! Amen (Pray w/ my heart)! Here I would like send some additional information to make clear my previous situation as Mr. Mitch mentioned. Before the sentence "I also like cooking.......," previously, I said that "音楽を聴き、映画を見るのが好きです。(I like listening to music and watching movies.)". That's why I wrote "I also...." in behind.

Hi, How you would translate "also" can vary depending on the previous sentence or what "also" is referring to. So could you give us the sentence before "I also like cooking," please? What I am saying is; Situation 1 Person A: I like cooking. Person B: I also like cooking.→私も___ Situation 2 On weekends, I normally prefer to relax at home. But I also like cooking.→料理(をするの)も Situation3 On weekends, I like to do so many activities; picnic, dancing, sports, etc. I also like cooking.→料理(をするの)も Situation4 While I hate cooking, I also like cooking. →好きでもある etc.
