Hey, Azure! Technically, the difference between a suite and a room is about space. This can vary from buildings to buildings, or in a hotel, where the concept of room already includes a bathroom, and the suite is that one with living room, dinning space etc. Grammatically, both are right, it'll depend on the situation. A suite is really made up of a bathroom, a bedroom and a reception room, minimum. But there is no legal international definition of one, so I've stayed in a "suite" which is one very ong thin room with reception at one end and a bed at the other. I wouldn't use capitals like that and you have to decide about Centre or Center....Centr is not an English word. SInce you went with Harbour then it ought to be Centre, of perhaps Harbor with Center..
