Je crois que tu pourrais dire "j'arrive" si tu veux dire que tu y arrives bientôt, ou tu pourrais dire "je suis en chemin", et ça serait plutôt: ok, j'ai commencé le voyage, j'y vais.

J'arrive is fine. A very commonly used expression is "Je m'en viens".
