Help in English-Italian translation Hello everyone, In this period I'm translating a document from English to Italian and I've found some words that I'm not really sure how to translate. So I wanted to ask if somebody could lend me a hand in translating the following terms: -raw milk (I translated it with "latte crudo") -genuine milk (I translated it with "latte genuino", but I don't know if it may mean "latte intero") -plateau-timed instruments (this I don't know how to translate) thanks to everyone that might help me!

1. You are right to translate 'raw milk' as 'latte crudo'. This is untreated milk before pasteurisation. 2. 'Genuine milk' is as confusing for me as it is for you. As far as I know, this is not a set phrase or a recognised product. As a layperson, I'd understand 'genuine milk' to mean 'real (dairy?) milk', as opposed to substitute milk such as soya milk. It isn't 'latte intero', though - 'latte intero' is 'whole milk' or 'full-cream milk'. If you can provide the whole sentence, it might be clearer.

Su.Ki. First of all thanks for confirming my translations. The whole sentence containing "genuine milk" is: "Annex D: Adjustment of the freezing point value used as the reference for genuine milk." However I'm not sure it can help, because the document stops just before the annex (I got this sentence from the index). Anyhow, you gave me a very smart clue, because, as I'm translating a method for chemical analysis, it may be as you say or at least indicate some milk without extraneous elements
