What is the difference between "Is it your car?" and "Is that your car?" ?
And what about "Is this your car?" ?

Just as in Russian, the more correct way is Это твоя машина? Is that your car?
Other expressions - 'Is it your car?' 'It's your car?' 'Your car?' - are not incorrect, but they sound foreign.
