Je ne suis pas certaine comment utiliser « ne... personne » et « ne... plus » ensemble.

C'est plus naturel de commencer la phrase par "plus". Et puis, il faut utiliser "de" et non *des.
Plus personne n'utilise d'agences de voyage.
