"bárbaro" : warrior of the old tribe called "barbaros" that dominated to the roman empire around V century they were caracterized as very wild and cruel people. this adverb is often used in spanish to mean "rude" or "boorish" its often used like a sinonym of grandioso too (terrific or greatfull)
qué" pronoun, adverb or adjetive of exclamation or interrogationis (is it correct interrogation jeje? ), then
the sentences ¡Qué Bárbaro! it could be traslated like ""what the rude!"""
I use "que barbaridad" in my daily speaking when I see or realize about a surprise or somethin' to shock me

Please Bluesky, pay attention to the Paco's explanations about the accent in Spanish.
Most of the Spanish students don't pay attention to the accents, and in Spanish they are mandatory.
The rules are elsewhere, and are very simple ones.. Please, get used to them
Another thing: Capital letters in Spanish are only used : at the beginning of a paragraph, after a point, after two points, after question mark, in proper names or names of countries, cities, states, planets, celestial bodies and institutions or organizations, and little more.
Please, don't write the substantives with capitals. This is OK for German, but not for Spanish.
