Can someone help me check if there is any mistake in the letter below?
This is a letter I wrote to an editor of a journal. So I want to make sure it is correct and formal. Can someone help me revise it?
Dear Editor:
I am sorry to bother you.
I find just now that I didn’t receive the query email sent on November 27 because my email address is wrong. It dues to a terrible mistake I made about the author information in my paper, but I have corrected this mistake in the online correction view. Since the last email was still sent to a wrong address, I’m not sure if it has been corrected in the final version. So I write this email to confirm my email address to make sure no email will be missed in the future.

I apologize for the interruption.
I just discovered I didn’t receive the query email sent on November 27, because my email address was wrong. I inadvertently made a mistake about the author information in my paper. I have since corrected the mistake in the online correction view. Because the last email was also sent to an incorrect address, I’m not sure whether the correction was made in the final version. In this regard, I am writing to confirm my email address and to prevent this problem from reoccurring.
