There is no word "착붙아" 착붙(slang) = 착 달라붙다 = 잘 어울린다 Two possible usages. 1) 착붙 아이템(Item) 잘 어울리는 아이템, 잘 어울리는 소품 2) 착붙아니다. 잘 어울리지 않는다.

It looks like it's a newly made slang for make up.. That's as far as I can tell from googling it.. :) Don't worry if you are not sure meaning of the word. I doubt any of my friend in Korea would anyway either,
