Slang tends to be regional. It is also based on culture, age, and education level. So you can only be specific about slang in a particular location with a certain type of group. For example, several on Norbi's list either do not work in my region, or have a different meaning. There is a lot of slang we use in my city that is almost unique to us. So the real answer is that there is no answer. You can only ask it about a certain group of people.

Hey, what's up? Meaning: What is going on? “You look beat, what have you been doing?” “I’ve been helping my dad in the yard all morning.” Meaning: You look really tired. (top portion) I was helping my dad with yard work all morning (bottom portion)
