What does this Korean comment mean in English?
안녕하세요! Could someone please tell me what this means in English?
"헐[emoji]졸긔….맞팔하고 멍무니소식 주고받아요♥허엉허어어엉♥귀여워귀여워어어"
I only know how to construct very simple sentences right now (for example, "불고기 먹고 싶어요."), but I'm working hard to learn, so if anyone would be willing to answer I would be grateful!
(Also, please note I am not just trying to get translations for comments. I will study what answer you give me. 정말 감사합니다!)

It's a mess due to the amount of emphasis and Internet slang the person used.
헐 - wow, omg
졸긔 - 졸라 귀엽다 - very cute (졸라 is kind of a curse word, so use with caution)
맞팔하다 -- to connect online/follow someone
멍무니 --> 멍뭉이 = small white dog
소식 - news or rumors
주고받다 - to exchange with someone
허엉허어어엉 - "ahhhhhhhhh" (sound of appreciation)
귀여워귀여워어어 - 귀여워 - cute
"OMGGGGG!! SOoooo cute!! Let's follow each other and exchange doggie news!!! Woooooooooow sooooooo cuuuuuuuuute"
