"Get mad" is an American slang expression, which means to become angry.
The sentence simply means "You want to get angry at me, don't you?"
You might say this to someone who you know is angry with you, but has not expressed that anger.
However as others have said here, it would be a strange thing to say, and I think you would only use it in America (if ever).

It's unusual, but there's nothing wrong with it.
As David explained, 'get mad' [at someone] is a common informal expression, used by speakers of American English, to mean 'become angry'.
I could imagine it being used in the USA in some kind of role play, for example, during a training session in anger management. The instructor sets up a fictional scenario deliberately designed to arouse anger . He or she then asks the partipants the rhetorical question "You want to get mad at me, don't you?". The participants agree, and instructor goes on to explain ways of dealing with that reaction.

Its about saying either someone who is unconditionally in love with you or is very angry from you.
For example I am mad for you she said to her friend.
Or
I will be mad just because of you idiot

That sentence is a little strange - I can't imagine saying it!
But - the meaning is that the speaker thinks the person wants an excuse to get mad - and then perhaps have an excuse to do or say something else.
Perhaps the speaker is in a relationship with that person, and thinks that that person wants to break up with them? They think that the person wants to get mad (angry) so that they will have an excuse to break up the relationship.
Or perhaps they think the person wants to say something that will be hurtful to them? They think that the person wants to get mad, so that they will have an excuse to say that thing?
Sorry - it's quite hard to explain. Please let me know if what I have said doesn't make sense.

Thank you so much.. You let me know that`s a strange thing to say. I won`t use that anymore haha.. "You want to get angry at me, don't you?" is a better way to say that :)
