This is a guess since I don't know the context, but, it seems like someone is asking if the FBI has been here yet.
If that is right, the proper question could be "Has the FBI hit here yet?"
"Hit" can be used colloquially to mean "stop in" or "visit". Like you can say "We hit every bar in town!"
