curriculum vitae, résumé Technically the resumé should have the accent mark on the last "e". It's a loan word from French, I presume. A CV or resume is the name of a description of things you have done, your experience, your training, you ability, usually related to some specific job or position that you are applying for. "Brag sheet" is probably some extremely slang term for something similar. "To brag" is to explain, or claim,. in a way as to show off. The implication is therefore that the brag sheet, holds only your good things, your achievements. The term "brag sheet" may be used informally, in some places. to mean a CV or resumé. To refer to it in this way, in applying for any professional job, would probably be a mistake.
