pourquoi on conserve l'article de " le " après la négation?

La règle générale en français, c'est qu'un nom est TOUJOURS accompagné de l'article. Sauf exception... Bon, tu me diras, il y a beaucoup d'exceptions. Mais bon, la règle prévaut dans la plupart des cas.
