(X-고 싶다 = wan to X) => It's because I want to pay for my own house by working part time instead of asking for my parents' support. * (-의) 손을 빌리다 = to borrow/ask for someone's hand. (빌리다 = to borrow) Although this can mean asking for someone's help, it is usually used with some task, not asking for money, and the correct phrase should be 부모님의 손을 빌리다.
