시작부터 닥쳐온 간절한 배고픔- Hi everyone.
I have a problem with 닥쳐오다. Well, the sentence goes: Great hunger from the very start but what's with 닥쳐오다? How does it change the sentence? What does it mean? I tried to look it up but failed. Please, help me!

닥쳐오다. 오다 means "come". “닥쳐오다” is the combination of 닥치다 & 오다.
닥치다 itself has the meaning of coming but with the emphasis on coming very near site and the approching quickly.
닥쳐오다 means "come quickly to nearer site or time point". 닥쳐오다 and 닥치다 have the similar meaning.
