Both of them are grammatically correct and easily understandable, but neither of them sound completely natural. A native speaker would be more likely to say "I don't have any money."

They're both correct. They're also both weird.
I can't imagine saying either on its own - only in very specific situations. And usually for emphasis.
I'm more likely to say "I don't have any money." or "I haven't any money."
