Does 十一つ mean eleven things?
I know how to say 1-10 things, but I'm not so sure about numbering things after 10.

つ as a counter is really only used up to 10.
For greater than 10 you have to use specific counters that depend on what you're counting - e.g. 回 【かい】for the number of times (四回 = 4 times)
