You can say, "I have attended ____________ University (for __________ years)". OR You can say, "I graduated from __________ University (in 201__) Hope this helps

Definitely the second sentence. You rarely use "graduate" in the passive voice ("He has been graduated") because it's not normally used as a transitive verb (a verb with an object). The verb "graduate" is sometimes used with an object, such as in the sentence, "The academic committee decided to graduate him even though his final exam mark was low." In this case, you could say "He was graduated by the committee," but it's still more common to hear it in the active voice: "The committee allowed him to graduate" or something similar. I graduated from....university. The "have" is not needed. It sounds redundant.
