How could I translate these words written in Upper Austria dialect?
I am trying to learn to understand austrian dialect. It goes pretty well, but this message I cant translate. Could someone help me?

If you google Österreichisches Dialektwörterbuch / Österreichischer Dialekt /Bayrischer Dialekt there are quite a few sites.
There you will find single words. It is very uncommon that one writes in such a strong dialect, usually it is used just in spoken language.

I don't think there is a proper dictionary for these. These dialects are so different from region to region. It is written in a style that is not meant to be understood by people outside of a certain circle.
But you would at least find some of the words here:

With my ex there was always still a bit of fooling around, but now she doesn't want that any more.

I would really appreciate if you could translate this too. And are there any websites where I could find some "Wörterbuch" of dialect words or something like that?

Dein Deutsch muss schon sehr gut sein, wenn du solche Messages bekommst. Es war auch für mich nicht einfach das zu lesen. Ich musste es laut aussprechen, damit ich es verstehen konnte :) - Pozdrav!
