I don't know the song. Song lyrics can be extremely difficult, because they are full of colloquialisms, cultural allusions, bending meanings and word choice to fit the rhythm and the rhyme, and--like all poetry--creating emotion rather than meaning. However, I can tell you something about "Jumping out of my skin and pull the chord." "Chord" is either a play on words or a mistaken transcription. A "cord" is a rope or a string. It seems like an obvious reference to parachute jumping. A parachute jumper (or "skydiver") jumps out of a plane, and pulls the "ripcord" to release the parachute. Meanwhile, "jump out of my skin" is an idiom meaning to react physically from fear or surprise, to be startled. So, somewhere in the texture of meanings in the song, there is some idea like being a parachute jumper, terrified and excited at the same time.

It is "fires" plural. The possessive apostrophe has no place here.

Yes, but I could not understand what it means by seeing the lyrics of the song. Dream it possible.
