This was my third day in Johannesburg at Kruger National Park. l have never seen such (a variety of) animals strolling that close to each other. There were huge elephants, monkeys, giraffes, even lions lying near the road, enjoying their time together. Everything was awesome! Hope this helps

Do you mean 'so many animals', or 'such big animals'? 'Such animals' means 'that kind of animal'. For 'enjoying their time', I would say 'enjoying themselves', or 'enjoying the sunshine'. 'Enjoying their time' sounds like they are allowed to lie by the side of the road only for a limited period of time.
