It is better to say I am confusing you. But I am getting you mixed up or I am getting mixed up is correct.

I never heard anyone use the expression im mixing you up. Im confusing you is the correct sentence. :-)

"Sorry, I am mixing you up" and "I am getting you mixed up" mean the same thing and they are interchangeable.

You could say "sorry I'm confusing you" "Let me rephrase it and try a different way"
