Hi, These two expressions are both correct? Or I can only use one of them? Is the meaning the same? Thank you!

I hope they go is the correct sentence.

'I hope them go' doesn't make sense. 'they' are not an object of an action.

If you are talking about people you don't want around you , you can say "I wish they would leave."
