Hi Snoop,
'What am I suppose to tell you?' is incorrect
The second is correct.
Examples:
What do you suppose Linus did when Snoopy washed his blanket?
Snoopy: 'Linus' blanket was so dirty, what else was I supposed to do - use it on my sofa?
Hope this helps :-)

'suppose to' doesn't exist
both sentences should be 'supposed to' - the tense is not important

The expression "supposed to", if you want to describe what someone should do, is always spelled "supposed to" and not "suppose to". It always goes with a form of the verb "to be" ("He was supposed to do ...............", or "She's not supposed to do ........").
