What's the difference between "believe in" and "believe on"?

The correct preposition for believe is believe "in". Believe on isn't correct.

"Believe in" is used to when you think something is real or achievable: "I believe in fairies." "The children believe in Father Christmas." "You can pass this test, I believe in you." "She believes in being kind to others." I haven't come across "believe on" before. Best wishes :-)

You can always use 'believe in'. The only time I can think of when using 'believe on' would be okay would be in some archaic or possible religious context, but even then 'believe in' would be okay as well. For any modern conversation or writing, always just use 'believe in'. Using 'belive on' is always going to sound strange to a native English speaker.

This is the first time I've come across this..i never hear about "believe on" just believe or believe in ....where did u hear it?
