How do I pronounce ‘At 6.’? ‘At six.’ Or ‘At six o’clock.’

At six.
If it was 6:00 I would say six o'clock.

Sometimes if people have been in the military, they will say 06:00 as 'oh-six hundred hours' but that is not normal in other contexts!
