亲 is more widely used. you can 亲 your friends, families or lover. and it is more used in spoken chinese.
吻 is more formal and often used when you kiss your lover.

亲 is also more like a verb where 吻 is more like a verb and a noun. We use 吻 for I gave you a kiss (吻), you will not say I gave you a 亲. You could also combine the two words together to make a verb like, 亲吻你的爱人.
I dont think there's not much a difference between 待会儿 and 等会儿. It is both used quite commonly depends on the region I believe .
The difference between 待 and 等 depends on the context, but in this context they both mean wait.

亲 = to endear. So it takes on different shades of meanings to different situations. When you are trying to endear yourself to your honey, it becomes a euphemism for kiss. In Chinese culture, you don't kiss your parents!
吻 = to kiss.
待 and 等 are the same but the former is a formal form if the meaning is "to wait". 等 can mean "level" but not 待

What 是接吻 means then? It’s just a kiss, a smooch, like kissing a relative or friend or “ it is kissing “meaning a passionate kiss, full of feelings and endearing????

Hi Damira, yes, your question is often asked from Chinese beginners even a Chinese person.
There is a frequent situation in Chinese words. A couple of words with the same meaning are often combined to a new word but keeping the same meaning. For examples:
赶超:
看见:
行走:
争抢:
困难:
美丽:
死亡:
And sometimes, two antonyms are often combined to a new word:
来往:
来回:
问答:
😅😅😅
