drüber=above jenseits=beyond
drüben=over there
"jenseits" is far way, on the other side, beyond or far beyond (both geographically and non-geographically)
"drüber" is informal for "darüber" which simply means above
in case you meant "drüben", that can be on the other side of an object from where the speaker is; or a closeby location e.g. "Er ist drüben." can mean he is currently next door

As there is not much context, I will give you some examples:
es geht drunter und drüber - there is a lot of chaos. drunter und drüber means topsy-turvy.drunter is related to 'down', drüber to 'up'.
Schwamm drüber! No hard feelings! Literary: put the sponge on/over it.
In case you mean 'drüben': that means on the other side. in German: auf der anderen, gegenüberliegenden Seite, da, dort drüben, von drüben (von jenseits des Ozeans, der Grenze) kommen; Adverb: dort / da drüben
jenseits: * auf der gegenüberliegenden, anderen Seite [gelegen]; Beispiel: jenseits vom Rhein, vom Kaukasus, jenseits der Berge (jenseits Präp. +Gen.)
* (selten) auf das Jenseits, zum Jenseits hin (the afterworld)
Both words are listed as synonyms by the Duden and have the same meaning: on the other side. Just the usage is different. You can't use them interchangeably. jenseits vom Rhein UND dort drueben, auf der anderen Seite des Rheins.
