Is this sentence grammatically correct? Hi friends, Is this sentence grammatically correct? Should it be "approach on" or "approach towards"? The company’s approach on Learning and Development is more operational than strategic. Thanks in advance! Niwantha

"approach to Learning" but the rest looks good to me.
