Are there any differences between arable land and cultivated land? Are there any differences between arable land and cultivated land?

As I understand it, arable land is land that you *can* grow crops on. Cultivated land is land that is well looked-after, and has something *already* grown on it. So land can both be arable and cultivated at the same time. Or the land can be arable but uncultivated.
