I would recommend the two I use --- Elementary Hindi by Richard Delacy and Sudha Joshi, and Complete Hindi by Rupert Snell. I like Elementary Hindi a little better (it is a more modern textbook), but use them both.

I am still at the beginning stage of learning, so I am more interested in learning textbooks right now, but that is something I will check later once I have a better grasp of the language. :)  Thanks!
