Presume and Assume are two words that are very similar.
An assumption (to assume something) is when you guess something but have no evidence to say it's true.
"I assume that the meat hasn't gone bad yet".
A presumption (to presume something) is when you guess something and it is so likely to be true you don't need evidence to back it up.
"I presume the sun will rise tomorrow".
Apparently is a separate word again. It means you aren't sure that what you are saying is true (compared to assume and presume where you think what you're saying is true). If you heard a news article and you aren't sure if it is true, you could say "apparently dogs are allowed to drive cars now".
"Apparently dogs are allowed to drive cars now".
"I assume people wouldn't let something like that happen".
"I presume that a dogs legs can't even reach the pedals!"

Assume = to conclude something is true without proof.
Presume = to conclude based on the probability it is likely to happen.
"I assume you are x"
"I assume you are Chinese" I do not know I have no proof from only looking at your profile picture.
"I presume that there will soon be be an election in Britain" = there is always an election every 4- 5 years and currently it is a possibility, there might be another early election soon. Therefore I can confidently make the presumption.

"presumably" is from the word 'presume' (to assume, to guess, to pre-judge)
"apparently" is from 'apparent' (to appear, to seem, i.e. what it looks like).
Presumably you have studied English really well. This is my guess (my presumption), because your English is apparently flawless. I presume you have studied English well - because I do not know your story. But it appears/ it is apparent that you know it so well that your grammar and vocabulary are perfect.
So, xxxx this is what it appears like/is apparent, ...so I presume (I assume/guess) that you have studied/worked hard to get to this level.
