유관하다 means 'is related' or 'has to do with something' (유 = is, there exists. 관 = relation, relevance).
It's a very formal word used mostly in writing. The antonym 무관하다 (not related, has nothing to do with something) is more common.
유관하다 is more frequently used as 유관한 or just 유관 coming before a noun.
- 유관(한) 단체 = related organizations.
- 유관 시설 = related facilities.
- 유관 사항 = related items/matters.
- 유관(한) 업무 = related service.
- 그 일은 우리 회사와 유관하다 = That matter has relevance for our company.
(This sentence is really formal and rare. We usually say 관계(가) 있다 instead of 유관하다).
- 그 사건은 나와는 무관하다/상관없다/관계없다 = I have nothing to do with that incident. (more common).
