¥3.20 三块二 or 三块两毛。 ¥42.00 四十二块 ¥103.00 一百零三块 ¥218.00 两百一十八块，二百一十八块（一 cannot be left out.） ¥222.00 二百二十二块，两百二十二块 ¥30.60 三十块零六毛（Yes, you do.） ¥100.10 一百块零一毛（Yes, you do.） I just consulted my dictionary on when to use 零 here. According to my dictionary, 零 should used in expressions of time, age, weight, etc. between two different denominations (in this case, 块 and 毛）
