Ask the conference committee for oral presentation I submitted a paper to a conference and recently I got an email from the conference committee, telling that the paper is accepted for "poster presentation". How can I ask them to change the status of my paper to "oral presentation" in a polite manner? Is the following letter suitable? thank you. Dear ..... Thank you for your email. Since we were expecting the paper to be presented orally, I am writing to inquire if it is possible to change the status to "oral presentation". regards.

Hello, Thank you for the E-mail. However, I was expecting to give an oral presentation of the paper I submitted. Please advise if my entry can be changed to an oral presentation. Thanks,
