Who usually signs a contract?
SIGNED for and on behalf of
Name of our company

in the presence of

Our president will sign on upper part, "SIGNED for and on behalf of Name of our company".
How about lower part, " in the presence of"? Who usually signs there? Dose a lawyer usually sign this?

The person who is witnessing the signature signs the bottom part. Most signatures have to be witnessed, on most documents.

You can be more specific than 'signs'. What you can ask is 'who usually witnesses a contract?'.
That probably depends on local law - so you should ask a lawyer who can do it.
Presumably a lawyer can?
I think that here, anyone can witness it, although they might need to be independent of the company.
