'A smooth supply chain' is correct. A term you hear and would use often if you studied or were in business or marketing. It's really almost the perfect term for what is describes - a supply chain free of any issue. You could almost say 'a no-issue supply chain' if you were writing/speaking informally, but 'smooth supply chain' is really the best.

I agree with Greg... "a smooth supply chain" is probably the best way to say this in English, in business English. The opposite of this would be "They have supply chain issues" or "There are gaps in the supply chain" These examples are for business English - where you want to be a little more polite.
