Practice speaking it with someone, preferably with a native speaker. If you read books, read aloud. Reading aloud will not only help you with speaking but also improve your listening skills. Good luck :-)

Practice, practice, practice. :) It's the best and fastest was to learn to speak English fluently. Actually speaking English with native speakers as part of your weekly schedule (as much as you can) is the single most effective thing you can do to speak fluently. In fact, in my experience, there's no other way to do it.
