Hola tengo una duda.Quiero saber si se dice:"Hi","Hello" o "Hey there".

Se dice todos. El último se dice con el matiz de que la persona aparece inesperadamente.
Oh hey there. I didn't know you were coming.
Oh hola. No sabía que ibas a venir.

'Hello' can be used in most situations. 'Hi' is less formal. 'Hey there' is the most informal and should be avoided unless you know the person well.
