We call this "wind chimes" in the US.
We say it is "tinkling" if it is made of small pieces of light metal and makes a peaceful, musical sound:

We say it is "plinking" if it is made of small, light pieces of glass:

We say it is "clinking" if it is larger pieces that are made of glass or small shells, etc., instead of metal:

We say it is "rattling" if the pieces are made of large shells or pieces of light wood (e.g., bamboo), etc.:

We say it is "clacking" if it is made of heavier pieces of wood:

We say it is "clanging" or "clanking" if it has quite large, metal pieces.
