What do you say "help yourself" in Indonesian?
Silahkan ambil sendiri. = Help yourself.
Silahkan makan. = Please eat.
Selamat menikmati. = Please enjoy yourself.
Are thoes three sentences right translation? Please correct me.. And, what is the right expression for"help yourself" in Indonesian among thoes 3 sentences when you say "Help yourself" to your guest who was invited to a dinner at your house?

help yourself? usually people say "jangan segan-segan" that word is already same purpose as you say help yourself. if you translete directly to bahasa it will be tolong diri sendiri, it sounds weird =P

"silahkan" is enough if u want to say "help your self"
