Can anyone rephrase this sentence?
"Push past your comfort zone."
I don't quite get what the sentence means.
I guess my Korean way of seeing things keeps me from thinking in the English way.
Anyway, does the sentence mean that you push "yourself" to get out of your comfort zone?
or push "your comfort zone" away from you?
It would be helpful if someone describes to me what is going on in a native English speaker's head when they say the sentence.

Your first interpretation is correct. Imagine that you're training to be a runner, trying to build up your speed. At first it's easy - you start slowly, and as you increase your pace, you find yourself running quite comfortably at, say, 12/13 minutes a mile. That is your comfort zone - you can do this without too much effort. The challenge is too push yourself BEYOND that zone, make an extra effort and achieve a faster time of 11 minutes a mile.

To push past your comfort zone means to do something you do not normally do or to do more than you usually do.

Do more than what you use to do, e.g.i can do 10 situps but to win i need to do 15 and that is 5 more than I'm comfortable with.
