Hi, all of those questions are grammatically correct, but the one that sounds the best is:
“The thing I hate doing most is washing the dishes”
An even better way to phrase it, which is grammatically correct and sounds the best colloquially, is this:
"The thing I hate doing the most is washing dishes."
