짐 is the most widely used native Korean word, corresponding to "luggage", "baggage", or "cargo". 화물 is a common word for "transported goods" or "cargo", and 소화물 comes from this (소 = small, light), meaning "light cargo". 화물 is used in transport business context, often referring to large quantities (화물차, 화물 트럭, etc). 하물 is like "things to be transported", but this word is rarely used by itself. 수하물 (수 = hand) is more common for "carried goods" as opposed to people and what they have on their person. The important words are 짐, 수하물, and 화물. The others are not used as much.
