"We've arrived", "We're here".
Or add 'finally' if you've been looking forward to getting there for some time and you want to show your enthusiasm at getting there:
 "We've finally arrived !", "We're finally here !".

More casually, you can say "We (finally) made it", or "We've (finally) made it" or "We (finally) got there".
