formal register there is a more formal way to say "there is evidence/there is no evidence that"? Is it formal enough?? (for a legal document) thanks to all!

They are both perfectly accurate English, but they aren’t very good legal arguments. If there is evidence then you would give specific arguments then summarize them. Showing there is no evidence is harder from a logical standpoint so it is generally better to try to summarize the evidence that shows something is not true. Given that here are some options: The following evidence will clearly show that... The evidence detailed herein will clearly show that ... Given the evidence it is clear beyond a reasonable doubt that... PS I’m not an attorney and I’ve never trained to be one, but I’ve spent an inordinate amount of time reading legalese.
